Hemlocks offers an unforgettable setting for private gatherings and celebrations. Whether it’s a celebration or something entirely unique, our lounge is available day or night for exclusive hire all year round.   • Our venue can accommodate up to 60 guests indoors and up to 40 guests in our outdoor area, weather permitting.

  • We operate a minimum bar spend for private hire bookings, which varies depending on the season and day of the week. To secure your booking, a deposit is required, with the amount and payment terms confirmed at the time of enquiry. Please get in touch with our team for a personalised quote.

  • You're welcome to organise your own entertainment, whether that's a DJ, live music, karaoke or something completely different. We can also provide contact details for local entertainment suppliers if needed.

  • You're welcome to bring your own decorations and, where possible, we can arrange access before your event so you have time to set everything up. Please speak to us in advance to arrange arrival times.

  • You're welcome to provide your own food for your event. If you'd prefer catering, we're happy to recommend a trusted local supplier for sandwiches and buffet options.
